Jag har blivit headhuntad – tog jag fel beslut?

Ja det är sant.. Men jag tackade nej. Det kändes inte rätt trots att jag blev erbjuden chefsjobb. Men jag ser bara framför mig hur jag jobbar 60h/vecka och inte kan lägga en sekund på biltestande, tvframträdande och bloggande. Det jag verkligen vill göra. Jag vill ju vara fri inte bunden, så långt det går.

Men trist att tacka nej när något bara faller en i knät. Vad tycker ni jag skulle gjort?

Communication Manager

In this position you will be responsible for the entire internal and external communication and interaction within the company regime. You will also be in charge for the customer newspaper, the internal newsletter, maintain and update content on three websites including the company website national and international, interact in social media and other channels.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

•You have an outgoing and social personality with a passion for the written language.

•You are a driven writer that possess exceptional ability to understand, organize and structure text, layout and pictures.

•You have a background and experience from working with an international company/group.

•Your are fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage yet not a requirement.

•You take own initiatives, make things happend and takes responsibility for the result.

•You can work both independently and within a team and have the ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues.

•You have strong presentation skills, ability to interact with employees at any level and have an understanding for the company’s structure and ethics.

•You present new and creative ideas and solutions, are not afraid to question traditional rutins and workmethods and are willing to make changes and contributes with a new way of thinking.
